No limits for Deano's APT
The Pure Hydration Aquapure Traveller, (APT), is our American Express. Whether mountain biking at home in beautiful Perthshire, or white water rafting down the murky waters of the Sun Kosi river in Nepal, we never leave home without it! We bought our first bottle, in 2001, for a 6 month trip around the world. We'd seen a demo at the Travel Show in London. After asking lots of questions, my wife and I purchased 2 APTs, one each. Since then, our APTs have been to: Nepal - 2001 Thailand - 2001 New Zealand - 2001 Chile - 2001 Scotland - 2002 onwards Ecuador - 2004 Australia - 2006 Spain - 2002, 0 Mallorca - 2008, 10 Outer Hebrides - 2002, 2005, 2009 The first real test was when in Nepal. We would fill our bottles up with black water from puddles or rivers, leave it for 15 minutes, and hey presto, clean water. It's gotta be magic! Since then, the APTs have gone where ever we have! After 9 years of use, (1 bottle and several filters each), we decided it was time to get a new APT, for our upcoming trip to Everest Base Camp. Watch this space for some pics!! Deano
